Who we are

Concieved by former United States Marine, Founder and CEO of Flat Black Mafia LLC, Chaning Spriggs. Having went through a series of personal events in 2019 he recognized his situation to be a uniquely common problem and saw a serious need for more community based work focused on the mental, physical and spiritual welfare of Active duty personnel. Shortly after seperating from Active duty with $20, a website, a vision and the help of a fellow Veteran friend he moved the business towards a partnership with the Adloris Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to develop and stand up the "Bro-Line"; a unique Peer-to-Peer based mentoring program specifically purposed with one goal in mind — to cull the suicide rate among Active duty and Vets.

Additionally it will host resources to address the social determinants of health(SDOH) for Active duty, Veterans and their families. The programs end-state will be to create a community of Active duty and Veterans from all 50 states supporting each other from different branches of service with varying ranks and MOS to forge a — thriving — network of like minded individuals. Armed with an extensive list of compiled resources Ambassadors/Mentors seek to guide and coach the Mentees in a permissive, non-threatening and non-invasive environment to make the best decisions they can to better themselves. We whole heartedly believe this will greatly enhance the individuals ability to go out into the world making a positive contribution to society, but more importantly will encourage a stronger Warrior Class more resilient to lifes challanges, better equipped and better prepared to fight our nations battles. This isn't just our culture — it's a lifestyle!
